Section 7

(1)
A Park Warden shall be responsible for the control and management of a national park or a nature reserve, and shall report to the Chief Park Warden having jurisdiction over the national park or the nature reserve, pertaining to all activities and incidents occurring therein.
(2)
A Park Warden shall be assisted in the discharge of his functions and duties by such number of Park Rangers as may be determined by the Controller.
