Section 19
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong, if satisfied at any time that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, may by order—
(a)
cancel all or any postponement certificates granted in pursuance of an application under subsection 17(2) and in force at the date of the order, either generally or in relation to a specified category of persons or in relation to any individual; and
(b)
abrogate, either generally or in relation to a specified category of persons, any right to apply for the grant of a postponement certificate under the said section;
and the Yang di-Pertuan Agong may, by order, vary or revoke any order in force under this section, without prejudice, however, to the previous effect of that order.
