Section 22

The proper authority may pay—

(a)

to members of local advisory boards such remuneration and allowances as the proper authority may, with the approval of the Minister, determine; and

(b)

to persons whose applications are referred to any board and to any witnesses whose attendance is certified by any such board to have been necessary, travelling and subsistence allowances in accordance with such scale as the proper authority may, with the approval of the Minister, determine.
