Section 21
(1)
No person shall be eligible for employment as an officer or servant of the Council who has, directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interest in any contract with, for or on behalf of the Council.
(2)
Any officer or servant appointed by the Board who has or acquires any such share or interest shall be liable in the discretion of the Board to summary dismissal without notice.
