Section 20

(1)

No appeal shall be entertained unless notice of appeal as may be prescribed is filed in the District Native Court or Native Court of Appeal, as the case may be, within 60

days from the date of the order appealed against.

(2)

A notice of appeal shall operate as a stay of execution if such notice is filed within the time prescribed under subsection (1).

Appellate Courts to have powers and privileges of Native Courts.
