Article LXXII

The heads of expenditure to be met from the

Consolidated Fund of the State but not charged thereon, other than the sums mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (c)

of Clause

(3)

of Article LXXI shall be included in a

Bill, to be known as a Supply Bill, providing for the 36

ithdrawals om the msolidated md.

issue from the Consolidated Fund of the sums necessary to meet that expenditure and the appropriation of those sums for the purposes specified therein.
