Section 67A
(1)
The Minister may, upon the recommendation of the Director
General, by an order published in the Gazette, exempt any plant, substance, process, person or place of work, or class of persons or class of place of work, from any provision of this Act or its subsidiary legislation.
(2)
An exemption under subsection (1) may be subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit.
(3)
The Minister may, upon recommendation of the Director
General, by order published in the Gazette, vary or revoke an exemption given under subsection (1).
