Section 15 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in the shoulder note, by deleting the words
“and self-employed persons to their employees”;
(b)
in subsection (1), by deleting the words “and every self-employed person”;
(c)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
in paragraph (d), by deleting the words
“or self-employed person”;
(ii)
in paragraph (e), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the paragraph a semicolon; and
(iii)
by inserting after paragraph (e) the following paragraph:
“(f) the development and implementation of procedures for dealing with emergencies that may arise while his employees are at work.”; and
(d)
by deleting subsection (3).
