Section 17
Section 19 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words
“or 18” the words “, 18, 18a or 18b”;
(b)
by substituting for the words “or 18” the words “, 18,
18a or 18b”; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “fifty thousand” the words
“five hundred thousand”.
