Section 33
Subsection 32(2) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the words “the diseases listed in the
Third Schedule of the Factories and Machinery Act 1967
[Act 139], or any disease named” the words
“the occupational diseases or occupational poisoning specified”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “, or occupational poisoning”.
