Section 42
Section 51 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the word “regulation” the words
“subsidiary legislation”;
Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment)
(b)
by substituting for the words “ten thousand” the words
“one hundred thousand”; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “one thousand” the words
“two thousand”.
