Section 8
(1)
A person shall not represent himself as a valid holder of any
Yang di-Pertuan Agong award if he was never conferred such award.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.
