Making, etc., of insignias for unrecognized awards

Section 5
(1)
A person shall not make, or knowingly perform any part of the process of making of, insignias for unrecognized awards.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
