Section 70
(1)
A person who is aggrieved or whose interest is adversely affected by a decision or other action of the Minister or the
Commission may apply to the High Court for a judicial review of such decision or other action.

A person shall not apply to the court for a judicial review unless that person has first exhausted all other remedies provided under this Act.
