Power to amend First Schedule and Second Schedule

Section 82
(1)
The Minister may, on the recommendation of the
Commission, by order published in the Gazette, amend the First
Schedule and the Second Schedule.
(2)
In giving the recommendation under subsection (1), the
Commission shall consult the Committee.
