Body corporate and partnership

Section 40
(1)

Where a body corporate commits an offence under this Act, every director and manager thereof shall, unless he proves that the offence is committed without his knowledge, be guilty of that offence.

(2)

Where a partnership commits an offence under this Act, every partner shall, unless he proves that the offence is committed without his knowledge, be guilty of that offence.
