(2)

Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Minister may prescribe—

(a)

different standards in relation to different classes or descriptions of optical discs; or

(b)

standards relating to the manner in which, and the means by which, manufacturer’s code are to be marked on optical discs or on optical discs of any class or description.
