Every Assistant Controller or police officer, when acting against any person under this Act, shall declare his office and shall on demand produce to the person against whom he is acting such authority card as the Controller may direct to be carried by such

Assistant Controller or as the Inspector General of Police may direct to be carried by such police officer.
