Seksyen 15
(1)
The Commissioner may by order, made in the case of an Act after reference to the Committee, rectify any clerical, printing or other error in any law:
Provided that no such rectification shall be inconsistent with the powers conferred upon the Commissioner by sections 6,13 and 14.
(2)
An order made under sub-section (1) shall have the force of law with effect from the date referred to in section 7 (i) (d)."
