Jenis Pindaan berikut sa-lepas perkataan? “at a time” yang terdapat di-akhir ta‘arif bagi “public servant”—

“or who is appointed to a pensionable office on probation or pn agreement in a pensionable office or becomes holder of a pensionable office on or after the

15th day of June, 1970”.

Gantikan yang berikut bagi sekshen-kechil (v)—

“(v) An officer who held a non-pensionable office in the sevice of the Government and had been appointed to a pensionable office before the

15th day of June, 1970, shall be deemed to have entered into the service of the Government on the date of such appointment”.
