In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990, the Minister makes the following notification: Citation and commencement.

Seksyen 1

This Notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment) Notification 1992 and shall come into force on the 24th September 1992.

Seksyen 2

The Second Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended by inserting immediately after item 10 the following new item 11:

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 10(2) Akta Zon Bebas 1990, Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Pemberitahuan ini bolehlah dinamakan Pemberitahuan Zon Bebas (Pindaan) (No.2) 1992 dan hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada 24hb September 1992.

Seksyen 2

Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Zon Bebas 1990 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan butiran 3 dengan butiran 3 baru yang berikut:
