The Second Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended by inserting immediately after item 10 the following new item 11:

Manufacturing

All that land situated in Batu Berendam, in the Mukim of Bachang, in the Central District of Malacca, bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan 294 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, Malacca.
