Section 100
(1)
No matter or thing done or contract entered into by any member or officer of the Commission, or other person whomsoever, acting under the direction of the Commission, shall, if the matter or thing was done or the contract was entered into bona fide for the purpose of executing this Act subject them or any of them personally to any action, claim or demand whatsoever.
(2)
Any expense incurred by any member, officer or other person acting as aforesaid shall be borne by and repaid out of the funds of the Commission.
