Section 70B
(1)
The Commission may, if it appears to the Commission to be necessary, require any vessel while navigating in any pilotage district or part thereof to be under pilotage, and the master or owner of the vessel shall comply with the requirement.
(2)
A vessel while being moved within any area of the port which is or forms part of a pilotage district shall be deemed to be a vessel navigating in a pilotage district.
