Section 25A

The Corporation may at any time after the appointment of the

Special Administrator under subsection (1), with the approval of the

Oversight Committee, appoint an additional Special Administrator and may, at any time, appoint a new Special Administrator to replace any existing Special Administrator.

Any decision of the Corporation under this section and sections 23, 24 and 25 shall be final and binding and shall not be reviewed, quashed, appealed against or set aside by any court.
