Section 34
(a)
it is a transaction or dealing entered into by the Special
Administrator; or
(b)
the prior written consent of the Special Administrator was obtained for the transaction or dealing.
(2)
Any person who purports to enter into a transaction or dealing in contravention of subsection (1) commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
