The Minister may, on the recommendation of the
Minister
“Minister” means the Minister for the time being charged with the responsibility for finance;
Corporation, make such regulations as may be expedient or necessary for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made for prescribing—
forms (including forms of notification, notices and certificates) for the purposes of this Act; and
any other matter which is authorized or required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or which is necessary or expedient to be prescribed for carrying this
Act into effect.
