(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made for prescribing—
(a)
forms (including forms of notification, notices and certificates) for the purposes of this Act; and
(b)
any other matter which is authorized or required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or which is necessary or expedient to be prescribed for carrying this
Act into effect.
