NATIONAL ARCHIVES (FEES) REGULATIONS 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the National Archives Act 2003

[Act 629], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the National Archives (Fees)

Regulations 2015.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 11 May 2015.

Fees 2.

Any person who uses any of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule shall pay the fees as specified in column (3) of the Schedule to the Director General.

Revocation 3.

The Malaysian National Archives (Fees) Regulations 2005 [P.U. (A) 292/2005]

are revoked.
