dengan subperaturan yang berikut:

Kerajaan boleh menghendaki pengemukaan maklumat fakta secara elektronik dalam format yang serasi dengan sistem komputer
Kerajaan.”.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 50(1) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the
Countervailing and
Anti-Dumping Duties (Amendment) Regulations 2025.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 6 February 2025.
Amendment of regulation 37 2.
The Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/94]
are amended in regulation 37—
(a)
by substituting for subregulation (4) the following subregulation:
“(4)
An interested party shall provide confidential and non-confidential versions of the submission of information by electronic means in a format compatible with the computer system of the Government.”; and
(b)
by substituting for subregulation (6) the following subregulation:
“(6)
The Government may require submission of factual information by electronic means in a format compatible with the computer system of the Government.”.
