EXCISE ACT 1976

EXCISE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2022

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 85

of the

Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Excise (Amendment)

Regulations 2022.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 1 November 2022.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Excise Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 161/1977] are amended in the

Third Schedule, in relation to heading Section 20, by inserting after paragraph (d) and particulars relating to it the following paragraph and particulars:
