CAPITAL MARKETS AND SERVICES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 378(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 [Act 671], the Commission, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Capital Markets and Services
(Amendment) Regulations 2025.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2026.
Deletion of regulation 8 2.
The Capital Markets and Services Regulations 2012 [P.U. (A) 474/2012], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended by deleting regulation 8.
Deletion of Schedule 2, Schedule 3 and Schedule 4 3.
The principal Regulations are amended by deleting Schedule 2, Schedule 3 and
