CORRIGENDUM
IN P.U. (A) 68 published on 18 March 2022—
(i)
in subparagraph 49(a)(i), substitute for the words “45C(5)”
the words “subperaturan 45C(6)”; and
(ii)
in Schedule I in Part I, insert after item 28 the following item:
“29.
Permohonan untuk melanjutkan tempoh perakuan bagi perbaharuan utiliti 150.00”; and
(i)
in subparagraph 49(a)(i), substitute for the words “subregulation 45C(5)”
the words “subregulation 45C(6)”;
(ii)
in subregulation 47(3) as introduced in regulation 56, substitute for the word “may” the word “shall”; and
(iii)
in Schedule I in Part II, in relation to item 21 in column (2), in paragraph (c), substitute for the words “fifty-one pages”
the words “fifty pages”.
