Seksyen 6A
(1)
Any person making an application for an arms licence or arms permit or a holder of an arms licence or arms permit applying for a renewal under regulation 5
shall apply for an arms card to the licensing officer.
(2)
The application for an arms card referred to in subregulation (1) shall be made in Form 3A of the
Schedule and subject to such fees as specified in the
Second Schedule of the Act.

Change or correction of particulars of arms card.
(3)
An arms card issued under this regulation shall contain all the particulars as specified in Form 3B of the
Schedule and other particulars as may be necessary.
