Seksyen 6B
(1)
Pursuant to paragraph 8(b) of the Act, it shall be a condition that a holder of an arms licence or arms permit shall, at all times carry an arms card and subject to the provisions of these Regulations, be responsible for the custody of the arms card.
(2)
Any person who fails to comply with the condition under this regulation commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to both.
