Seksyen 6C
If there is any change of particulars of an arms card, a holder of an arms licence or arms permit shall make an application to the licensing officer for the change of particulars.
(2)
If there is any correction of particulars of an arms card, a holder of an arms licence or arms permit may make an application to the licensing officer for the correction of particulars.
(3)
The application for the change or correction of particulars of an arms card shall be made in Form 3C of the Schedule and subject to such fees as specified in the
Second Schedule of the Act.

The licensing officer, upon receipt of an application under this regulation shall, update or make amendment to the particulars of the arms card and issue a new arms card.
