NATIONAL REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 2015
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the National Registration Act 1959 [Act 78], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the National Registration
(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2015.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 15 October 2015.
Amendment of Sixth Schedule 2.
The National Registration Regulations 1990 [P.U. (A) 472/1990] are amended in the Sixth Schedule by substituting for item 3 the following item:
“3.
For the issuance of replacement of an identity card to a person for reason of loss under subregulation 13(1)
