EDUCATION (TERMS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS YEAR 2016)

REGULATIONS 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 130(2)(b)

of the Education Act 1996 [Act 550], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Education (Terms of Educational

Institutions Year 2016) Regulations 2015.

Application 2.

These Regulations shall apply to attendance at educational institutions for the year 2016.

Duration of terms of educational institutions 3.

The duration of terms of educational institutions for the year 2016 shall be as specified in the Schedule.
