PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 130(2)(b) Akta Pendidikan 1996 [Akta 550], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan Pendidikan

(Penggal Institusi Pendidikan Tahun 2026) 2025.

Pemakaian

Peraturan-Peraturan ini hendaklah terpakai bagi kehadiran di institusi pendidikan kecuali di sekolah swasta, sekolah ekspatriat dan sekolah antarabangsa bagi tahun 2026.

Tempoh penggal institusi pendidikan

Tempoh penggal institusi pendidikan bagi tahun 2026 adalah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.

EDUCATION ACT 1996

EDUCATION (TERMS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS YEAR 2026) REGULATIONS 2025

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 130(2)(b)

of the

Education Act 1996 [Act 550], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Education (Terms of Educational

Institutions Year 2026) Regulations 2025.

Application 2.

These Regulations shall apply to attendance at educational institutions except at private schools, expatriate schools and international schools for the year 2026.

Duration of terms of educational institutions 3.

The duration of terms of educational institutions for the year 2026 shall be as specified in the Schedule.
