Peraturan-Peraturan Perhubungan Perusahaan 2009 [P.U. (A) 356/2009], yang disebut “Peraturan-Peraturan ibu” dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dalam peraturan 13 dengan menggantikan perkataan “Menteri” di mana-mana jua terdapat termasuk dalam nota bahu dengan perkataan “Ketua Pengarah”.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2022
Opening note
These regulations may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Amendment)
Regulations 2022.
These Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2021.
Amendment of regulation 13 2.
The Industrial Relations Regulations 2009 [P.U. (A) 356/2009], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in regulation 13
by substituting for the word “Minister” wherever appearing including in the shoulder note the words “Director General”.
Amendment of Schedule 3.
The principal Regulations are amended in the Schedule—
by deleting the words “and the Director General has accordingly notified the Minister under subsection 9(1C) of the Act”; and
by substituting for the words “Minister of Human Resources” the words
“Director General for Industrial Relations, Department of Industrial Relations”;
and

by deleting the words “AND WHEREAS the Director General has accordingly notified the Minister under subsection 9(4C) of the
Industrial Relations Act 1967.”; and
by substituting for the words “Minister of Human Resources” the words
“Director General for Industrial Relations, Department of Industrial Relations”.
