Peraturan-Peraturan Perkongsian Liabiliti Terhad 2012 [P.U. (A) 462/2012], yang disebut “Peraturan-Peraturan ibu” dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dalam peraturan 7, dengan menggantikan perkataan “empat belas” dengan perkataan
“tiga puluh”.

dalam butiran 10, dengan menggantikan perkataan “RM5 setiap muka surat”

LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 91 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012 [Act 743], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships
(Amendment) Regulations 2025.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 16 April 2025.
Amendment of regulation 7 2.
The Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2012 [P.U. (A) 462/2012], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in regulation 7, by substituting for the word “fourteen” the word “thirty”.
Amendment of Schedule 3.
The Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended—
(a)
in item 10, by substituting for the words “RM5 per page” the words
“RM10 per document”; and
(b)
by inserting after item 18 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
