Peraturan-Peraturan Racun 1952 [L.N. 440/1952] dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas peraturan 28 peraturan yang berikut:

“Exemption of fees for registered pharmacist in the public service 29.

The requirement of paragraph 28(1)(a) relating to the fee of an application for Type A licence does not apply to any registered pharmacist in the public service in the course of his official duty.”.

POISONS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2022

Suggest a correction
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 35(1)(m) of the Poisons Act 1952 [Act 366], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment)

Regulations 2022.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2023.

New regulation 29 2.

The Poisons Regulations 1952 [L.N. 440/1952] are amended by inserting after regulation 28 the following regulation:

“Exemption of fees for registered pharmacist in the public service 29.

The requirement of paragraph 28(1)(a) relating to the fee of an application for Type A licence does not apply to any registered pharmacist in the public service in the course of his official duty.”.
