Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 April 2022.
Amendment of regulation 34 2.
The Free Zones Regulations 1991 [P.U. (A) 321/1991] are amended in subregulation 34(1) by substituting for the word “4” the word “3”.
