Perbadanan

Section 11
(1)
Subject to any regulations made under subsection (3), the Perbadanan may appoint on such terms and conditions as it may think desirable such other officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
(2)
No person shall be eligible for employment as an officer or servant of the Perbadanan if he has, directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interest in any contract or proposed contract with, for or on behalf of the Perbadanan.
(3)
The Perbadanan may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations with respect to the conditions of service of its officers and servants.
