Section 39
(1)
A reference in any law or document to the dissolved
Lembaga or the dissolved Council shall be construed as a reference to the Perbadanan.
(2)
A reference in any law or document to the Chairman of the dissolved Lembaga or to the President of the dissolved
Council shall be construed as a reference to the Chairman of the
Perbadanan.
