Transfer of moneys to the Fund

Section 35
(1)

All moneys standing in or due to be paid to the fund of the dissolved Lembaga shall on the appointed day be transferred to and be deemed to be part of the Fund.

(2)

The fund established by the dissolved Council under the

Local Government Ordinance Sabah [Sabah Ord. 11 of 1961] is dissolved and all moneys standing in or due to be paid to such fund shall on the appointed day be transferred to and be deemed to be part of the Fund.
