Section 47

Any applicant for a loan or guarantee who wilfully fails to disclose any material information within his knowledge, or who wilfully makes any statement which he knows to be false or does not believe to be true, shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, imprisonment for six months and a fine of one thousand ringgit.
