Section 57

of PERBADANAN PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI SARAWAK ORDINANCE, 1958

Section 57

Kerajaan Negeri, may, subject to this Ordinance, make regulations to provide for—

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Income Tax Act 1967 [Act 53], the income of the Corporation shall be wholly exempt from income tax.
