PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 110(4) Ordinan Buruh Sabah [Sabah Bab 67], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Buruh (Pengeluar Instrumen

Pembayaran yang Ditetapkan yang Diluluskan yang Diiktiraf) (Sabah) 2025.

(2)

Perintah ini hendaklah berkuat kuasa bagi tempoh mulai 1 Disember 2025

hingga 30 November 2028.

Pemakaian

Seksyen 2

Perintah ini hendaklah terpakai bagi pembayaran gaji pekerja asing.

Pengeluar instrumen pembayaran yang ditetapkan yang diluluskan yang diiktiraf

LABOUR ORDINANCE OF SABAH

LABOUR (RECOGNIZED APPROVED ISSUER OF A DESIGNATED PAYMENT

INSTRUMENT) (SABAH) ORDER 2025

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 110(4) of the Labour Ordinance of Sabah

[Sabah Cap. 67], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Labour (Recognized Approved Issuer of a Designated Payment Instrument) (Sabah) Order 2025.

(2)

This Order shall have effect for the period from 1 December 2025

to 30 November 2028.

Application 2.

This Order shall apply to payment of wages for foreign employees.

Recognized approved issuer of a designated payment instrument 3.

The approved issuer of a designated payment instrument specified in the

Schedule are specified to be recognized approved issuer of a designated payment instrument for the purpose of payment of wages under Chapter XIV of the Ordinance.
