GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (ZERO-RATED SUPPLY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2015
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Goods and Services
Tax Act 2014 [Act 762], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Goods and Services Tax (Zero-Rated
Supply) (Amendment) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 30 March 2015.

[P.U. (A) 272/2014], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended the First Schedule—
(a)
in subitem 6(1), by inserting after the words “Water Services
Industry Act 2006 [Act 655]” the words “or the Water Ordinance 1994
[Sarawak Cap. 13]”;
(b)
in item 8 in the national language text, by deleting after the word
“seseorang” the word “yang”; and
(c)
by substituting for the Appendix the following Appendix:
