IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 12(1)(b) of the Entertainments Duty Act 1953 [Act 103], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Entertainments Duty (Exemption) (No. 9) Order 2025. Exemption 2. The Minister exempts the admission ticket for the B VERSE’ (BTS, Singing the Stars) exhibition which was held at Pavilion Bukit Jalil from 1 December 2023 to 31 December 2023 from entertainments duty.
